A guide to Self-Discovery and Personal Growth with the 9 Enneagram Personality Types.

The Enneagram

Using the Enneagram for Self-Awareness and Growth:

The Enneagram provides a framework to understand ourselves and others better. Consisting of nine personality Types, the Enneagram offers an in-depth insight into what sits behind each type's desires, fears, motivations, and behaviour patterns. It provides an appreciation of the qualities we exhibit when we are thriving and the negative tendencies we revert to when stressed.

Working with the Enneagram allows us to identify which of the nine patterns of types is central or core to our overall interactions with the world and others. Whilst we have one central type, each of the other kinds sits in us. Depending on the situation and context, some come into play at different times and with different strengths.

As each client is unique and requires a different Coaching approach, determining your Enneagram type is ideal for anyone starting a Coaching journey with me. Knowing your Enneagram type allows me to choose specific development approaches and paths to optimise the process for reflective and lasting results.

An Initial Enneagram Assessment is recommended for all types of Coaching engagements (but is not mandatory)

Available IEQ9 Assessment Questionnaires

The Assessment Questionnaire has 175 questions and requires around 30 minutes to complete.

  • Enneagram for Individuals

  • Enneagram for Professionals

  • Enneagram for Teams

Enneagram for Teams:

Teams form their unique style as they evolve, experimenting, negotiating ways of working, developing processes and creating a shared culture.

Team Coaching with the Enneagram aims to enhance team effectiveness and empower team members to resolve challenges. It offers insights into the individuals that make up the team, the impact of leadership, and the team dynamics this is likely to create. While engaging the team in self-reflection and barrier recognition, there is an opportunity to reflect, experiment and adjust with a Coach's support.
