Wellness Coaching

I will partner with you as you work towards improving your overall lifestyle and self-management skills for long-lasting healthy outcomes. I will help you identify motivators and potential barriers using a person-centred, relationship-focused, and strength-based approach. Using your vision, we will co-create a step-by-step action plan. 

 

Health Coaching 

Health Coaching sits beside and enhances any ongoing clinical or medical interventions. 

I will work with you on physician-identified wellness goals to improve your overall health and self-management skills., I will help you to integrate lifestyle efforts with your treatment proposals to help increase adherence to medical and lifestyle recommendations.

Stress Management and Resilience Coaching 

Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Are your tolerance levels worn thin, and are your emotions threatening to take over? 

Managing stress and anxiety 

We will work together to identify, understand, and reframe stressors to manage demands more effectively. We are all unique and have many different approaches, so we will co-create personalised ready-to-use strategies. Some practices will help relax your mind and body as you build resilience; others will be used at the moment to deal with  

  

Building Resilience 

When life has knocked you down, are you struggling to keep returning stronger? 

Being Resilient is seen as successfully rolling with the punches, adapting well to challenging life experiences, learning from them, and bouncing back stronger. 

Each person's journey to resilience will be different and takes time and intentionality to build. I will work with you to increase your capacity to respond well and grow from challenging experiences. 

Community-Powered Coaching 

Community-powered Coaching is designed for community members who are experiencing similar challenges. It enables them to engage as a group and simultaneously have a guided experience through the same program. Clients may progress at their own pace, but at its core, community group Coaching has the benefit of support from both the Coach and other participants.
